    STRUCTURE Earthquake resistance structure, designed as relevant standards, strenthened by FT 500 steel and concrete frame structure.
    WALL Good quality light weight clay bricks with cement mortar
External wall 150mm thick, internal wall 115mm thick.
    FLOORING Vitrified high gloss tiles in entire flat, (24"*24") Anti-skid tiles in toilets, balconies and internal terraces, lift, lobby, staircases in Kota stone.
    DOOR Teak wood main door, all internal doors to have flush door with beading.
    WINDOWS Two track aluminium windows with tinted glass with M.S. safety grills for windows.
    PAINTING External wall in weather shield paints, internal walls in two layers of base coat(Putty) with acrylic emulsion paints.
    PLASTER External 20mm thick plain, double ccoat/sand faced cement plaster, interbal 12mm thick smooth finish.
    KITCHEN Granite kitchen platform with stainless steel sink and provision for aqua guard unit.
Glazed/Ceramic dado tiles above platform up to lintel level.
    TOILETS  Designer glazed dado tiles on the walls. Anti-skid floor tiles C.P. fitting in bathrooms, wall mounted E.W.C. in all toilets. Oval shaped counter wash basin in master bed room, toilet and common wash.
    ELECTRIFICATION Concealed copper wiring ISI mark fittings and fixtures. Provision for AC and cable TV in master bedroom and drawing hall. Provision for inverter back-up to common area and lift.
    LIFT Automatic lift with capacity of 6 persons.
Arrangement for washing machine. Anti-skid tiles.
    WATER SUPPLY NMC and well water supply through over head tanks.
    TREATMENT Water proffing treatment for toilet and bath blocks.
    PARKING Spacious stilt parking 300 sq.ft.(allotted) with checkered tiles flooring or Concrete paving block in open parking and building margins.
    EXTRA CHARGES M.S.E.B. Meter deposit, transformer deposit, water meter charges.
Deposits and expenses at actual to be paid extra.
Registration charges, stamp duty, paging charges, documentation charges, to be paid extra.
Changes in specification and plan will cost extra and extra cost for the extra work.
Elevation changes not allowed.
Possession of the flat should be given by the builder after clearance of all dues.
Service Tax & other taxes as per Govt. rules.
