  STRUCTURE R.C.C framed Structure.
  WALL Outer wall shall be 6” thick & partition wall 4” or 3” thick.
  SANITARY / PLUMBING  Domestic Water - 1 tap each in Bath, W.C, kitchen and washing area.
  FLOORING All rooms vitrified tiles 16" * 16"
  ELECTRIFICATION
Concealed wiring one power point each hall, bedroom kitchen and bath.
Two light point and one fan point in each room, one TV and cable point, one telephone point.
  DOOR Main Doors - teak wood frames fully paneled doors.
Other Doors - R.C.C. frame with flush door.
  WINDOWS
All the windows andd ventilators shall be M.S. grill with sliding alluminium windows with glass.
  KITCHEN
Kitchen otta shall be provided with kadappa stone with green marble top and steel sink.
  PAINTING Outer - Waterproof cement paint.
Inner Hall - Plastic paint with putty.
  BATH & WC  Flooring anti slip matching walls.
Walls - Glazed tiles up to 7' ht.
  WATER SUPPLY Overhead water tank each for drinking and domestic water.
  PARKING Provide in stilt parking in flats.
  EXTRA CHARGES
M.S.E.B. Meter deposit, transformer deposit, water meter charges.
Deposits and expenses at actual to be paid extra.
Registration charges, stamp duty, paging charges, documentation charges, to be paid extra.
Changes in specification and plan will cost extra and extra cost for the extra work.
Elevation changes not allowed.
Possession of the flat should be given by the builder after clearance of all dues.
Service Tax & other taxes as per Govt. rules.
